FleetZero and Centennial College – Centennial Innovates partner for an Automotive Innovation Challenge on Sustainable Transportation

December, 9, 2025: Together, FleetZero and Centennial Innovates are driving the next wave of automotive innovation – empowering Canada’s transition to sustainable transportation.

Through the Automotive Innovation Challenge (AIC) FleetZero and Centennial Innovates are putting students in the driver’s seat to apply their knowledge and skills to solve real-world challenges affecting Ontario’s automotive and mobility sector.

The teams also celebrated Toronto Climate week, hosted at FleetZero’s brand-new Toronto headquarters. The event blended meaningful conversation with interactive displays and mini-workshops that showcased climate innovations and success stories in sustainable energy and transportation.

Centennial College, Ontario’s first public college, is home to the largest transportation maintenance and repair training facility in Canada. The college is at the forefront of shaping resilient, digitally integrated, and clean transportation systems by embedding sustainability, digitization, and automation into Canada’s mobility and transportation sectors.
